When I first tried it I got the same error as you. You are using codes from the Codetwink site, which are encrypted in the Codebreaker format. I was always working with RAW codes in the past. In my video I note that you need to set the input and output methods just in case since I was never sure if it was necessary. If that one doesn’t work then I don’t think the problem is with the cbc file generation. This is one I made myself and I’ve tested as working fine on two different machines and CB versions.

The international version of this game doesn’t seem to be as popular a version for the hackers for some reason though. There seem to be a few topics about conversion to PAL format as well. I just leave upgrade.bin on my flash drive. The other file can install the upgrade directly to your memory card. To use the upgrade, all you have to do is extract the archive and paste the upgrade.bin file on the root of the pendrive you use for flashing Day 1 saves.
